Joseph Chester Polley, age 60 passed away of natural causes on Sunday, February 28, 2021 in Fort Collins, Colorado. He was living in Wellington, Colorado at the time of his death and had previously lived in Wyoming, Kansas and Texas. Joe was born in Houston, Texas to Mike and Twanna Polley. He attended Waller High School and Texas State Technical College. Joe is survived by a son and grandson. He will be missed by many.
