David Alan Klith born in Brookings, SD on 12/20/51 passed away in Fort Collins, CO on 04/07/21. He was a true self-starter personally motivated as a provider for his family leading many infrastructure projects in CO with attention to road expansion and bridge building in Denver. Dave was an amazing artist who qualified for an art scholarship in college and continued following this passion into his retirement becoming well rounded in carpentry, woodworking, and creative arts with leather. He was drawn to the outdoors and mountains loving the cool temperatures and Estes Park was a personal favorite. You could find him outside enjoying his art hobbies, playing cards with friends or at home cheering on his favorite football teams. Dave’s most proud legacy was shown through his commitment and love over 50 years of marriage to his wife Laurie Klith while also being survived by his three sons, Dave, Dustin and Dan; loved ones Rhonda, Amy and Brooke and his eight grandkids Hailey, Allie, Kyle, Jameson, Jaxson, Mackenzie, Beckett and Delaney. Rest in peace forever with love “Big Dave”.
